Now in its third year, the Vogue Global Spa Guide, is the definitive guide to destination spas around the world. While in previous years we leaned on historical reporting, almost everything you will now find in the guide has been written exclusively for the purpose of presenting you with this specific, comprehensive, and detailed list. We feel more confident than ever that we really know how to relax.
As in previous years, we’ve added places to the list—almost a quarter of the entries are new this year. Some of those, like Canyon Ranch Tucson, are well-known destinations with longstanding acclaim (and represented obvious gaps in our coverage). Others, like One&Only Moonlight Basin, are newly opened since we published the 2025 edition. The rest of the writing reflects comprehensive updates and first-person reporting for write-ups that needed a bit of refresh.
What you’ll find here is a guide, but it is also a reflection of the way we want to live—and live well—in 2026. A trip to one of these places may represent a once in a lifetime event. But it also might just change your life forever.
