Auberge du Soleil Introduces The Wellbeing Collective
New Series of Workshops and Experiences Led by Influential Wellness Thought Leaders Promotes Personal Enrichment, Life-Long Learnings and Holistic Self-Care
RUTHERFORD, CA — (April, 23, 2026) Set within the sun-drenched hills and natural landscape of Napa Valley, Auberge du Soleil, today unveiled The Wellbeing Collective, a series of gatherings with acclaimed speakers, practitioners and performance specialists who will lead engaging sessions and workshops on personal enrichment, goal-setting and leadership strategies, lifestyle, and mind-body wellness practices. Programming topics will include an evolving range of subjects such as performance coaching for achieving physical, mental and professional potential; sleep optimization; hormonal and brain health; the art of living well; meditation and mindfulness; clean beauty; and intentional movement and skill-building. All programs will feature complimentary expert-led fireside chats and topical group sessions, as well as private experiences, dedicated to wellness travelers looking to adopt mindful, restorative practices into their daily life.
The first three programs in the line up include:
● Breathwork with Sandy Abrams – April 26-29: Speaker, wellness expert, and author of Breathe to Succeed, Abrams is a self-taught entrepreneur and mindfulness leader who has transformed the concept of breathwork into a “human superpower” for the modern workforce. Known as the “C.E.Om” for teaching the mindful leadership mindset, she bridges the gap between high-performance business and deep wellness, helping Type A individuals utilize strategic breath to navigate a fast-paced digital world. She is a long-time contributor to HuffPost on topics pertaining to wellness and entrepreneurship.
○ Abrams will offer a complimentary group breathwork exercise along with private coaching sessions focused on clarity, productivity and coping with stress. Guests will learn simple, practical breath and mindset techniques to calm the nervous system, shift limiting thought patterns, and build a more balanced, resilient sense of well-being to carry into everyday life. (30 minutes: $100 for one guest, $150 for two guests)
● Purposeful Living with Jeff Hamaoui – May 10-13: Co-founder and Chief Education & Innovation Officer of the Modern Elder Academy (the world’s first “midlife wisdom school”) Hamaoui is known for his “teacher’s heart and seeker’s soul” and is the primary architect of MEA’s curriculum, which helps individuals navigate midlife transitions with purpose and resilience. As a renowned facilitator he has taught sustainability and innovation courses at prestigious institutions, including Wharton, Stanford, and UC Berkeley. As an innovation consultant and “sustainability geek,” Hamaoui has worked with global giants such as NASA, Nike, IKEA, and Walmart to seed transformative ideas.
○ Hamaoui will host a discussion on personal growth, longevity and community-based wellness. He will also be available for private sessions reserved in advance (60 minutes: $400 for up to two guests).
● Lymphatic Techniques with Cecily Braden – June 21-24: Leading spa educator, esthetician and a foremost expert in lymphatic drainage, Braden is celebrated for bridging the gap between traditional global healing practices and modern clinical skincare. In 2020 she was honored as American Spa Magazine’s Educator of the Year for her dedication to elevating the industry through anatomical precision and cultural respect.
○ Braden will offer guided Master Classes and demonstrations for improving circulation, reducing inflammation, improving skin clarity and promotion of overall relaxation and wellbeing. Private appointments will be available with advance reservation. (Workshops: $175 per person; Private sessions for 60 minutes: $400)
“The Wellbeing Collective creates an opportunity for guests to slow down and reconnect with themselves, whether through a single mindful moment or a private wellness session,” said Helen Brown, Senior Advisor of Wellbeing at The Spa at Auberge du Soleil. “By integrating wellness more seamlessly we are aiming to enhance every aspect of our guest’s stay in a way that feels personal and approachable.”

The addition of The Wellbeing Collective follows recent enhancements to the property’s wellness offerings at The Spa including:
● The Structural Facial by Vintner’s Daughter, a first-of-its-kind, 90-minute treatment designed to nourish, lift and rejuvenate the skin from within with performance-driven botanical formulas and advanced modalities – including manual manipulation, microcurrent and red-light therapy – that amplify the skin’s regenerative abilities.
● Wellness IVs Hydration Therapy, provided by Napa Valley MIT, featuring intravenous administration of nutrients to optimize cell function, improve health, increase energy, boost immunity, and reduce pain.
● Buccal Massage, a therapeutic technique that targets deep-seated tension in the cheek and jaw area from inside the mouth – inaccessible via traditional surface-level facials – to manipulate the buccinator and masseter muscles to achieve aesthetic, therapeutic and improved circulation results.
Through The Wellbeing Collective, Auberge du Soleil continues to evolve its approach to luxury hospitality, offering guests meaningful ways to feel more present, restored, and connected throughout their stay.
