Holoholo Kids Crew
- We invite your child to be a part of the Holoholo Kids Crew. This program features a wide array of indoor and outdoor, culturally-based activities designed to inspire curiosity and connection.
Eligibility
- Our Holoholo Kids Crew is reserved for keiki aged 4 years and 8 months to 12 years old who are enrolled in public or private elementary schools.
- Children aged 3 or 4 may be accepted only if accompanied by an adult to assist them and only if space is available.
- Holoholo Kids Crew is reserved for keiki aged 4 years and 8 months to 12 years old who are enrolled in public or private elementary schools.
- To participate, children must be fully potty trained and able to understand and communicate in simple English.
- Printed proof of age is required (e.g., birth certificate).
- Children under 4 years and 8 months are not eligible to participate, even with adult accompaniment.
Registration
- All keiki must be registered by a parent or legal guardian.
- Registration is held daily from 9:00 AM to 9:30AM.
- Children must be able to participate safely and follow rules within a 1:10 teacher-student ratio.
- We are unable to provide one-on-one supervision. If needed, an adult must accompany the child.
- Maximum capacity: 25 participants
Operational Hours
- Activity times may vary.
- Complimentary participation.
- Late pickup fee from 2:15PM: $50 per 15 minutes
- 48-hour cancellation required
- No Show fee: $100
Operating Schedule
- Months: January-December
- Days: Sunday-Saturday
Meals
- A menu will be provided at drop-off for lunch orders.
- Orders must be placed by 9:30AM.
- Charges will be billed to your room.
- In-Room Dining orders are subject to local tax, a $6 service charge and 20% gratuity.
- Gluten-free and vegan options available.
- We do not serve nuts or nut products (including peanuts).
Special Events
- All special event activities may incur an additional charge.
Health Policy
- If your child becomes ill or is found to be in a potentially contagious condition, a parent/guardian will be notified and must pick up the child immediately. Children may return only after symptoms have cleared for 24 hours or at the discretion of Holoholo Kids Crew staff.
- No medications will be dispensed.
- Frequent handwashing/sanitizing is required.
- Mask-wearing is optional.
- High-touch surfaces and items are sanitized daily.
Liability Insurance Coverage
- This facility is covered by liability insurance.
Emergencies/Natural Disasters
- Evacuation procedures will follow our Emergency Preparedness Plan. Practice drills are conducted monthly.
Items Needed Daily
- Please pack the following items for your child each day:
Water bottle
Hat
Backpack or bag
Sunscreen
Rash guard
Clothing that can get wet
Long-sleeve shirt for indoor time - Sun protection note: If your child cannot apply sunscreen independently, please return at 12PM to reapply. SPF 50 is available for your convenience.
Positive Guidance Policy
- Our educators are committed to maintaining a supportive and safe learning environment. Redirection and positive reinforcement techniques will be used consistently.
