Fitness Center
Open 24 hours a day, the Fitness Center provides everything you need to maintain your routine or try something new. A variety of cardio and strength training equipment is available both indoors and outdoors, including Peloton bikes, Hydrow rowing machine, elliptical, treadmills, TRX, cable machine and free weights. Personal training sessions may also be arranged by appointment.

One tournament surface court is available for daytime play. Racquets and tennis balls are provided with our compliments. Reserve a private lesson with an expert tennis professional to elevate your game through improved technical skill, endurance or mental strategy.

Class Descriptions
Sculpt & Stretch
This class offers different stretching and low-impact toning exercises to improve strength, flexibility, mobility and breathing all in one.
Sun Moon Flow
This hatha yoga class will guide you through movement that develops strength, flexibility, & develops the connection between, body, mind & breath.
Core Centered
This class focuses on engaging your core strength and building your endurance. Power Core strengthens and balances the body and mind.
Meditative Art Walk
Breathwork and meditation practices are integrated into a mindful walk through our comprehensive outdoor sculpture garden showcasing more than 60 artists.
Core Harmony Flow
Linking Yoga and Pilates together by strengthening the core muscles, combined with yoga poses to increase joint mobility and improve muscle flexibility.
Vinyasa Yoga
Synchronize breath with movement. You will learn to link the conscious breath with a mindful flow to awaken your strength, energy and flexibility.
Power Yoga
Enjoy fast-paced, movement-focused on building strength and endurance. Considered a form of Vinyasa, Power Yoga puts a greater emphasis on the flow from one move to the next, rather than approaching each pose separately.
