As the sun rises on a new generation of songwriters and storytellers, perhaps none have heeded the call of the road more than Grant Knoxlyn. Through his much-anticipated debut studio album, Along the 40, he has solidified his place in the American songwriter's canon with songs like his traveler's anthem “Take to the Highway” and the western eulogy “Rio Gorge”. Los Primos Melódicos
Los Primos Melódicos de Santa Fe is an Afro-Cuban, Latin, bossa nova, R&B and jazz trio/quartet based in Santa Fe, New Mexico. Formed in 2013, the group blends the musical traditions of Latin America, Cuba, and Puerto Rico with jazz and Latin pop. The core lineup includes Fred Simpson on percussion, J.J. Oviedo on bass and vocals, and Robert Muller on piano/keyboard, with occasional quartet configurations and guest musicians.
