  • 8PM | S’mores by the FirepitEnd your day with a cozy evening by the firepit. Gather around and indulge in our homemade s’mores, sharing stories and making memories under the starlit sky. This timeless experience is the perfect way to unwind and connect with loved ones.

Thursday, November 27

  • 8AM | Yoga for GratitudeBegin your Thanksgiving morning with an intentional pause. This heart-opening yoga practice is designed to cultivate gratitude through gentle movement, mindful breathwork and quiet reflection. 

  • 10AM | Guided HikeStart your day with an invigorating guided hike through the trails of Blue Sky. Led by our expert guides, you’ll learn about the history of the land and maybe even spot some wildlife in their natural habitat.

  • 12PM | Fireside LunchAfter your hike, warm up with a delightful fireside lunch on the Yuta terrace. Savor a delicious assortment of chef-curated provisions as you relax by the cozy fire and take in the mountain views from the comfort of our lodge. This perfect mid-day break will leave you refreshed and ready for the rest of your adventure.

  • 4PM | Grateful for Gracie’sBefore dinner, enjoy drinks inspired by the horses rescued through Blue Sky owner Barb Phillip’s non-profit Saving Gracie’s Equine Healing Foundation.

  • 9:45AM | Little Vaqueros Kids ClubEnjoy a peaceful morning to yourself while your children embark on a journey of discovery at our Little Vaqueros Camp. Designed to inspire young minds, the camp offers immersive, adventure-driven experiences that cultivate curiosity and skill through exploration of Utah’s rich landscape, historyand culture.

  • 1PM | Rosca de ReyesIn the afternoon, round up the family to celebrate the season with a hands-on baking experience rooted in the tradition of Rosca de Reyes – also known as Three Kings Bread. Shape and decorate your own rosca, make Mexican hot chocolate from scratch, and enjoy both in a warm, festive gathering.

  • 3PM | Family Axe ThrowingTry your hand at axe throwing. Learn the proper posture and technique for aim, release and follow-through. Whether practicing for the first time or honing your expertise, this is a great place to build your skills.

  • 4PM | Guided Snowshoe or Hike to YurtEmbark on a guided snowshoe trek or hike to our cozy double yurt. Enjoy the crisp mountain air and stunning winter landscapes as you make your way through the serene trails. Our expert guides will ensure an enlightening and enjoyable experience, providing insights into the nature that surrounds you.

  • 6PM | Private Dinner at the YurtOnce at our cozy yurt, conclude your day with a private dinner tailored to your tastes, curated by our Executive Chef.

Saturday, November 29

  • 10AM | Western Heritage Arena Riding ExperienceStart your day with a taste of the Old West. This unique experience in our arena introduces you to essential groundwork techniques used in Western horsemanship. Under the guidance of our expert wranglers, you’ll engage with horses while learning about their vital role in Western history and cowboying culture.

  • 11AM | Salve Making at the FarmAfterwards, head to broadfork barn and engage in a hands-on salve-making session. Choose from our selection of forageables, dried herbs, flowers and fresh produce from our greenhouse to create your own medicinal and nourishing salve. Begin with a tour to learn about what we grow and discover the forageables and preserved items we’ve gathered throughout the seasons at Gracie’s Farm.

  • 1PM | Mexican Culinary ClassInspired by the Mexican heritage of our Executive Chef Guillermo Tellez and guided by our expert culinary team, you’ll learn how to balance flavors and textures to create authentic Mexican salsas using fresh, locally-sourced ingredients.
