    Cancellation policies vary depending on the dates of your reservation, the offer or room type selected. Please refer to your reservation confirmation to verify your cancellation policy. If you need further assistance please contact the hotel directly.

    We recommend a stay of five to seven nights to fully enjoy our seasonal experiences, wellness offerings and curated adventures.

Hotel Updates

  • Does the hotel ever have seasonal closures?
    Yes, the hotel is closed for a few weeks each April and November.
  • Can I dine anywhere in the resort?
    Yes, guests are allowed to dine anywhere on the property.

Resort Fees

  • Does your property charge a resort fee?
    There is no resort fee. However, a 10% resort gratuity is applied to the total room cost, with 2.5% covering administrative fees and the remaining 7.5% distributed to our dedicated staff.

Spa Fees

  • Does your property charge any wellness/spa fees?
    Yes, there is a 20% service charge on all spa services.
  • How is the fee distributed?
    The spa service charge is distributed 100% to, and divided among, spa team members. Any additional gratuity provided is distributed 100% to your practitioner.

Service Charges

    There is a resort gratuity of 10% of room cost, of which 100% is distributed to the staff.

Transportation

    Yes, please book prior to arrival.

    44 miles to Salt Lake City International Airport.
  • Does your resort offer a shuttle service?
    Yes, a complimentary shuttle will take guests to and from the private Ski Lounge in Park City. Guests may also borrow one of our complimentary Mercedes test vehicles for exploring the nearby area, available on a first come/first served basis.
  • What are the various costs for a limo/taxi/town car etc.?
    Airport transfers start at $315 one-way, while transportation into Park City begins at $200 one-way. Please contact our concierge for arrangements and additional details.

  • Is there a cost for additional guests in room?
    A rollaway bed can be added to certain rooms for $100 per night. Cribs and linens for the daybed are complimentary.
