- Your reconnection to nature and each other begins when you set out with our expert herbalist on a journey that honors our sacred land. Take a short stroll identifying and gathering blooming bounty with honor and intention to add to your personal creekside foot soak at The Sanctuary. Sip our property foraged, chilled herbal tea to complete your ceremony before receiving your nature-inspired couples massage that will hydrate the skin and rejuvenate the body. Slow down and sync with nature's, rhythm, strengthening your connection to the wild before returning to the spa Onyx Lounge for private refreshments.

90-minute massages
- Take a slow, mindful walk to The Sanctuary beneath the pines and meet your certified breathwork coach inside the warmth of the creekside canvas. Your coach will assist you with focused breathing to train the mind to respond calmly to cold water and will remain by your side, reminding you of your breath while submerged. Rejuvenated after conquering the plunge, the outdoor sauna will heat and relax your muscles, preparing the body for a grounding couple’s massage. Refreshed and inspired, return to the spa lounge for nourishment and complete your journey.

- Following your successful "On the Rocks" plunge and sauna, return to The Sanctuary canopy to relax with your personal High West Whiskey Ambassador. Get warm from the inside, and learn the art of tasting whiskey while diving into the unique history of Utah spirits.
