Frequently Asked Questions

  • Is housekeeping included?
    Yes, daily housekeeping is included in your stay at Element 52. For water conservation purposes, we change bed sheets once weekly unless otherwise requested.
  • What is the pet fee?
    We offer a limited number of pet-friendly residences. Please check whether your unit allows pets before booking – this may be found in the Residences page of our website.  The pet fee is a one-time $250 charge per pet, per stay.
  • Do you have a parking garage?
    We do have an indoor parking garage. Element 52 offers valet parking for $40 nightly per vehicle. We do not offer self-parking. Please call ahead if you will have oversized vehicles, trailers or multiple vehicles so we may try to accommodate your request.
  • Is there air conditioning in the units?
    Our residences do not have A/C but do have heating in winter. Summers in Telluride are generally mild and very pleasant, and similar to Hawaiian trade winds, the cross breezes keep our units at a comfortable temperature. We also have fans and humidifiers in each unit.
  • Is there a restaurant on-site?
    We currently do not have a restaurant on the property. Complimentary coffee, teas, hot cocoa and sodas, as as well as evening s’mores kits and wine/beers, are available in the lobby for our guests and owners.
  • Can I mail packages to my residence before check-in?
    We’d be happy to hold your package for your arrival. Please note, USPS mail must be addressed to our Post Office Box, as mailing USPS to our physical address will be returned by the Postal Service. FedEx/UPS need to be addressed to our physical address (see below), and please include your reservation name and unit number.

  • Do you have plastic water bottles?
    We offer small water bottles in the lobby and encourage guests to bring their own Nalgene or stainless steel reusable bottles to maintain the pristine nature of our beautiful town and reduce waste.
  • What amenities come in the units?
    Upon check-in we offer a starter supply of complimentary coffee/filters/teas/sugar, paper towels, dish detergent, dishwasher tablets, etc.
