Dyades is the estate’s signature restaurant, but meals can be relished wherever you choose. Savor a picnic in a peaceful glade, a traditional French barbeque in the chef's garden, a private celebration in The Bistronomic Table, the château’s private dining room. Or, dine in your Farmhouse Cottage with the Domain’s bistro-style room-service menu.
At Domaine des Étangs, Chef Valentin Bouilleveaux invites you into his culinary world and looks forward to welcoming you to our two restaurants. His cuisine, decidedly modern and inspired by plants, highlights seasonal ingredients with great precision, often sourced directly from the estate’s kitchen garden.

Mornings start at your leisure in The Bistronomic Table, set within the heart of the Château. Our team is thrilled to awaken your senses with a carefully curated selection of fine beverages, complemented by elegant sweet and savoury gourmet snacks. The Bar welcomes you daily from 12:00 PM to 10:30 PM, with the final orders taken at 10:30 PM. Our refined selection of snacks is available from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM, offering a delightful pause in your day.

Our six Farmhouse Cottages, nestled between ponds, are the epitome of French country living. Our most private accommodations, each cottage comes with its own dining room where you can host a convivial dinner with friends, or a romantic meal. From barbecue platter to quiche lorrain, classic boeuf bourguignon, beef rib, or the traditional raclette in winter, enjoy a moment of sharing and conviviality in the pure French tradition.
