Dyades is the estate’s signature restaurant, but meals can be relished wherever you choose. Savor a picnic in a peaceful glade, a traditional French barbeque in the chef's garden, a private celebration in The Bistronomic Table, the château’s private dining room. Or, dine in your Farmhouse Cottage with the Domain’s bistro-style room-service menu.

At Domaine des Étangs, Chef Valentin Bouilleveaux invites you into his culinary world and looks forward to welcoming you to our two restaurants. His cuisine, decidedly modern and inspired by plants, highlights seasonal ingredients with great precision, often sourced directly from the estate’s kitchen garden.

Dyades, our Michelin-starred gourmet restaurant, invites you to enjoy a unique and immersive experience. Each season, the chef creates a surprise menu of 4 or 7 courses, entirely blind. Here, let yourself be guided and surrender to discovery, emotions, and flavors. Open Friday and Saturday for dinner, and Saturday and Sunday for lunch.

  • Breakfast at The Château

    Mornings start at your leisure in The Bistronomic Table, set within the heart of the Château. Enjoy the spoils of the French countryside with an impressive spread of housemade patisserie, eggs cooked to order from the show kitchen and the freshest selection of local cheese, charcuterie, farmers yogurt, fresh pressed juices, fruits and vegetables. On the last Sunday of every month, join us for a special Sunday Brunch at Dyades

  • Elegant Refreshments & Savoury Delights

    Our team is thrilled to awaken your senses with a carefully curated selection of fine beverages, complemented by elegant sweet and savoury gourmet snacks. The Bar welcomes you daily from 12:00 PM to 10:30 PM, with the final orders taken at 10:30 PM. Our refined selection of snacks is available from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM, offering a delightful pause in your day.

  • Whether sat beside the ponds, enjoyed on a row boat or amongst the ruins in rolling fields, chefs picnics at the Domaine are the perfect way to explore the grounds with a gourmet lunch al fresco.

  • A Private Meal: La Table de la Métairie

    Our six Farmhouse Cottages, nestled between ponds, are the epitome of French country living. Our most private accommodations, each cottage comes with its own dining room where you can host a convivial dinner with friends, or a romantic meal. From barbecue platter to quiche lorrain, classic boeuf bourguignon, beef rib, or the traditional raclette in winter, enjoy a moment of sharing and conviviality in the pure French tradition.

  • Sunday Brunch at Dyades

    Nestled in an authentic setting full of history, this brunch is the perfect opportunity to celebrate the simple pleasures of gathering together at the table. Every last Sunday of the month, enjoy a variety of sweet and savoury dishes featuring the flavors of the Charente Limousine region.
