Join us to explore the majestic surroundings of the Mayflower Trail on a 50 minute hike in the countryside. You'll engage your senses, from breathing in the scent of the giant pine trees to listening to a rushing river, discover interesting flora and fauna, and learn how nature impacts our well-being.

Intuitively guided yoga asanas, breath awareness and meditation open your body, mind and heart. Feel your energy flow as you release tension and open your heart to yourself. All levels are welcome. *This class is complimentary.

A high energy motivating class with constant movement that is designed to burn fat and build muscle.
11:15AM - 12:05PM | Pool Ai-Chi with Ann - Pool House
This pool-based class integrates breathing techniques and progressive resistance training in water to relax and strengthen the entire body. Ai Chi can be used as a therapeutic modality for those with chronic pain or other neurological and orthopedic issues.

Take a journey into your innermost bliss in this guided meditation Yoga nidra, or “yogic sleep,” explores the space between sleep and waking and helps you access the deepest layers of your being. Lying down in a comfortable position, you will be led through a meditation designed to promote rest and deep relaxation. No yoga or meditation experience is necessary. All you have to do is listen. *Offered the first Friday of the month.

Join us with meditation guide and spiritual teacher, James Serra, as he leads you on a restorative 60-minute sound bath meditation session that deeply renews one's sense of wellbeing. Begin the session with breath and sound techniques to prepare the body to receive the benefits of a sound bath. Individuals leave the session feeling transformed and deeply restored. *Offered every other Saturday.
