Smoke In Chimneys at Stables Saloon – Experience Smoke In Chimneys at Stables Saloon. Meet Ty Walker, owner of Smoke In Chimneys, as he fires up the smoker and serves fresh smoked trout samples for a complimentary tasting. For the evening, Stables Saloon will also feature a signature Smoke In Chimneys dish on the menu.

Trout Craft: A Farm-to-Table Experience – Discover the fundamentals of preparing fresh trout with Smoke In Chimneys, including a guided demonstration on how to filet, followed by the creation of a farm-fresh trout dip.
