  • Smoke In Chimneys at Stables SaloonExperience Smoke In Chimneys at Stables Saloon. Meet Ty Walker, owner of Smoke In Chimneys, as he fires up the smoker and serves fresh smoked trout samples for a complimentary tasting. For the evening, Stables Saloon will also feature a signature Smoke In Chimneys dish on the menu.

  • Trout Craft: A Farm-to-Table ExperienceDiscover the fundamentals of preparing fresh trout with Smoke In Chimneys, including a guided demonstration on how to filet, followed by the creation of a farm-fresh trout dip.
