Once the office of the headmaster, Bar Bertelli's cocktail program draws on the Collegio alla Querce’s classroom and history museum roots, exploring science and chemistry to craft masterful cocktails. Here you’ll find global bar bites with flavors spanning Asia to Mexico, inspired by the school's history books that lauded tales of famous explorers who discovered exotic ingredients from faraway lands. In the evenings, enjoy hand-rolled Italian cigars in the cigar room and entertainment that beckons the curious with mystical performances by mentalists and magicians.
