- Tented rooms accommodate up to 3 guests
- Children under 15 are required to share with an adult; a single bed can be arranged for children up to 15 years old (subject to availability; prior booking required)
- The family unit (2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms ) can accommodate up to 3 children (under 16) and 2 adults
- Guests aged 16 and over occupy their own rooms at adult rates
- All children must be accompanied by parents/guardians on all safari activities
- If the camp is hired exclusively, children of all ages are welcome

The camp is open year-round, with the exception of a short break from April to the end of May.
The closest airstrip, Chem Chem’s private airstrip, is a ± 45-minute game drive transfer from the camp and is accessible through all scheduled local carriers (arrival and departure transfers are included)
